Colleagues at Story Contracting have hit the ground running in 2025, raising over £1,000 for Teenage Cancer Trust through their annual 'Miles in May' wellbeing challenge.
The initiative, which encourages employees to get active throughout May, marks the first of several fundraising events planned by the company this year. The campaign not only promoted physical and mental wellbeing among staff but also contributed to a cause close to the hearts of many across the organisation.
This fundraising effort is part of Story Contracting’s broader charitable commitment for 2025. Alongside Teenage Cancer Trust, the company has pledged support to 9 other charities across its regional operating areas through its charity partnership programme. The initiative reflects Story Contracting’s ongoing dedication to making a positive impact in the communities where it operates.
Andy Joy, CEO of Story Contracting said:
“We are delighted to be continuing our charity partnership scheme with ten new partners – a record number for Story Contracting. Through voluntary work and fundraising we aim to make a real difference for our chosen charities.”
