Reward Funding has raised an impressive £40,000 for Women’s Aid, its charity partner for 2026, following a year of dedicated fundraising activities involving employees, business partners, clients and supporters across the UK.

The fundraising achievement follows a year of activities organised across Reward’s five regional UK offices, with contributions also coming from its wider network of introducers and clients.

The £40,000 raised will support the vital work of Women’s Aid in helping to end domestic abuse against women and children. The charity works through a network of almost 300 lifesaving services across England, providing essential support to those affected by domestic abuse.

Throughout 2026, Reward team members have embraced a varied programme of fundraising events and challenges to support their chosen charity. Activities have included quizzes, golf and padel tournaments, a World Cup competition, step challenges and bake sales.

The fundraising efforts also received valuable support from friends, family members and business partners, many of whom championed events or made donations through Reward’s dedicated JustGiving page.

The successful campaign highlights the collective effort of Reward’s employees and wider business community, demonstrating how a programme of fundraising activities can bring people together in support of an important charitable cause.

The £40,000 contribution will help Women’s Aid continue its work supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse and its wider mission to bring domestic abuse to an end.

Giullia Gomes, Senior Partnerships Officer at Women’s Aid, said: “Those we support face unimaginable challenges, and the bravery survivors show from the moment we begin working with them is truly inspiring. We believe our values define who we are as an organisation and they influence our every action and interaction. We are working to end domestic abuse through dedicated support services, campaigning, influencing and training. We keep survivors at the heart of everything we do and want to ensure we provide a platform for their voices to be heard. We also deliver trauma-informed responses to survivors and understand the diversity of their needs.”

“The funds raised are essential for us to continue our work and a donation of this scale will make a huge difference. We want to say a massive thank you to the entire Reward Team and all those who took part in the events and donated.”

Nick Smith, Reward Funding’s CEO, added: “Women’s Aid was a very clear choice for our chosen charity this year. The lifesaving work they do to support women and children in indescribably difficult situations is second to none. We are honoured to be able to support such a vital cause and are grateful to everyone who has taken the time to join our events and donate.”

“I’ve been incredibly proud to see colleagues across Reward, alongside our partners, brokers and clients throw themselves into fundraising throughout the year. The cheque presentation was a very meaningful moment for all of us and a true reflection of the dedication that went into every single fundraising event we hosted.”

The support and funds raised for Women’s Aid form part of Reward Funding’s wider Giving Back programme, which encourages the teams across the five UK offices to fundraise and volunteer for important causes in need of support. Since 2018, the business has raised over £238,000 for its charity partners and community causes, continuing a strong legacy of community impact and life-changing support.
