Two members of staff at Delta Capita have helped to lead a winter donation drive providing coats and cold-weather essentials to people most at risk during the colder months.
Matthew Mellor and Luke Castenskiold, both consultants based in the firm’s London office, spearheaded the initiative, encouraging colleagues to donate coats, hats, gloves and scarves. Mellor, a management consultant, and Castenskiold, a senior consultant, joined the business just over a year ago and coordinated the effort as part of a wider team response.
The donations were made in support of Wrap Up, a long-running initiative delivered by Rotary Clubs across the UK in partnership with Hands On London. The project focuses on collecting and redistributing warm coats directly to individuals who struggle to keep warm during the winter. Each autumn, Wrap Up groups gather donations during October and November before passing them on to local charities and frontline organisations for distribution.
Wrap Up London’s 2025 appeal, which has now concluded, generated enough support to ensure more than 14,000 people will be warmer this winter.
