Total Payments, a leading merchant services and payments provider, is honoured to announce its official partnership with Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, supporting the invaluable work the charity does to care for children with life-shortening conditions and their families across West Yorkshire.

As one of Forget Me Not’s corporate partners, Total Payments is committing to a long-term relationship that will provide reliable financial support as well as active engagement in the hospice’s fundraising and community initiatives.

In doing so, Total Payments aims to contribute meaningfully toward the sustainability of Forget Me Not’s vital services.

“Forget Me Not offers more than care — they are a place where families can spend time together make precious memories, and feel supported through life’s most difficult moments,” said Nick Mehat, Director at Total Payments.

“We are deeply honoured to partner with them, to give back to our community, and to help make sure every child and family can experience the compassion and care that Forget Me Not provides.”

Forget Me Not operates very much through the generosity of corporate partners.

Their support helps the hospice plan and budget with greater confidence, ensuring that services like respite care, hydrotherapy, bespoke family support, end-of-life care, and bereavement counselling remain available to those who need them most.

Total Payments’ team will engage in volunteering days, fundraising events, and internal giving campaigns. The partnership will bring additional visibility to Forget Me Not’s mission, helping to drive broader public awareness and support.

“Total Payments becoming one of our corporate partners is an exciting and very welcome development,” said Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice chief executive Gareth Pierce, “Their commitment gives us confidence that together we can continue to support families when they need us most.”

Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice delivers 24/7 care, including clinical respite, creative therapies, memory-making, and bereavement support — both at its Russell House hospice in Huddersfield and in family homes across West Yorkshire.

As a charity, they rely heavily on corporate partnerships and fundraising: this year they need £6.5 million to run their vital services and must raise 80% of that themselves, which they can only do with the support of the whole community.
