Tillotts Pharma UK makes donation to Crohn’s & Colitis UK

Tillotts Pharma UK has donated £2320 to the UK’s leading charity for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s & Colitis UK, following an IT upgrade programme.

The IT equipment was recycled and re-sold at affordable prices, giving access to much needed affordable IT equipment during this time, as well as providing the funding to make this donation.

Jeremy Thorpe, Managing Director of Tillotts Pharma UK said:

“The past year has been difficult for everybody, especially for organisations that rely on fundraising and donations. We are dedicated to supporting charities such Crohn’s & Colitis UK, as part of our commitment to improving the lives of people living with gastrointestinal diseases. We are delighted to provide much needed support to patient organisations, whilst doing our bit for the environment and avoiding waste.”

Crohn’s & Colitis UK were selected to receive the donation for the amazing work they do to support the estimated 500,000 people who are living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis across the UK.

Natasha Cockram, Corporate Partnership Officer at Crohn’s & Colitis UK said:

“We are extremely grateful to Tillotts Pharma UK for this generous donation. It’s always great to hear about the innovative ways our supporters fundraise for us- this is a fantastic example. Thank you Tillotts Pharma UK!”

In addition to this donation, Tillotts Pharma UK are proud to further support Crohn’s & Colitis UK by providing funding for their helpline service. The helpline service provides information and support to help those living with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis live their lives to the fullest.
