Fox Williams has announced Go Beyond as its new firm charity partner for the next 2 years.

Leading UK law firm Fox Williams has named Go Beyond as its new charity partner, aligning with the start of the charity’s heartwarming summer fundraising campaign, The Ice Cream Moment.

Go Beyond is the UK’s only charity solely dedicated to giving children facing serious challenges a much-needed break that lasts a lifetime. Through free residential breaks in the countryside, the charity offers children aged 8–15 the chance to build confidence, make lasting friendships, and create joyful memories far removed from their daily struggles.

The new partnership with Fox Williams comes at a pivotal time for the charity. The Ice Cream Moment campaign invites the public to reflect on treasured summer memories — whether it's toasting marshmallows, playing games outdoors, or sharing an ice cream under the sun — and to consider that many children across the UK have never experienced such moments. Supporters are encouraged to donate the cost of an ice cream to help Go Beyond create meaningful, lasting experiences for the children it supports.

Fox Williams selects each charity partner via an employee nomination and voting process. Go Beyond has replaced The Sick Children’s Trust, which the firm supported from 2023 to 2025.

“We’re proud to support Go Beyond and the life-changing work they do for young people,” said a spokesperson from Fox Williams. “The charity’s mission resonates strongly with our values, and we’re excited to help make a difference.”

Kofi Mills-Bampoe, partner at Fox Williams and a trustee of Go Beyond, said, “I nominated Go Beyond because I’ve seen the difference it makes; the children leave with memories that stay with them long after the break is over. It clearly struck a chord with people across the firm, and I’m really pleased to be able to bring together my role as a trustee with the support of my colleagues here at Fox Williams.”

Paul Taylor, partner at Fox Williams, added, “I’ve had the privilege of seeing how much effort people across the firm put into supporting our charity partners. I’m looking forward to seeing that same energy come together again for Go Beyond. Supporting a charity as a firm isn’t just about fundraising, it’s a chance for colleagues from all parts of the business to connect through shared events, volunteering and a common purpose.”

Fox Williams is committed to supporting its charity partners via fundraising, volunteering and companywide initiatives, with everyone within Fox Williams encouraged to take part. As the first event in support of Go Beyond, the firm’s Social and Charity Committee is organising a sponsored walk of the Seven Sisters on Saturday 28 June 2025.
