Whistl raises money for the Brett Foundation

Marlow based employees of Whistl, the UKs largest delivery management company, have raised £3256 in 2019 for Maidenhead charity, The Brett Foundation. The Brett Foundation was chosen by the Marlow employees as their charity of the year for 2019. Over the course of the year, in addition to fund raising, food and clothing donations were made alongside volunteering support. A highlight of the activities was when employees wrapped and donated 200 Christmas presents for families who benefited from the Brett Foundation Christmas Grotto event. Nick Wells, CEO Whistl, said: “This annual initiative is run by the employees of Whistl and I am proud that we play our part in the local community helping those who need a helping hand when they most need it.” Susan Brett, Founder of The Brett Foundation said: “Your support has been amazing. We are a very small charity that does a lot of work and we couldn't do that important work with the homeless and those in poverty without the support of the amazing people from Whistl who have been involved. From wrapping Christmas presents and helping give them out, to raising those all-important funds we need for purchases such as food. You have all truly helped to make a difference to a lot of people’s lives. Thank you.”
