With less than one week to go until the TCS London Marathon 2026, runners on JustGiving are on track to break fundraising records.

Already, more than £32million has been donated to over 14,000 fundraisers on JustGiving who are taking part in the world’s biggest single fundraising event.
This year, the most common types of causes that people are running for on JustGiving relate to disability support, mental health, cancer, Alzheimer’s, and medical research.
Last year, the 26.2-mile race saw a total of £41million raised on the fundraising platform.
This year, the average fundraiser has already raised nearly £2,300 using JustGiving for the charity of their choice, 16% higher than fundraisers this time last year.

As a result, the UK’s leading charity fundraising platform is predicting that London Marathon fundraisers on JustGiving will collectively raise a record-breaking amount for their chosen charities this year.
Pascale Harvie, President and General Manager of JustGiving said: “Every year, the passion and dedication of the thousands of people fundraising at this amazing event truly moves me.
“Already, an extraordinary amount has been raised for over 2,600 charities on JustGiving, and we know that this incredible generosity will keep building as race day nears and as supporters gather to celebrate their runners as they cross the finish line.
“On behalf of our charity partners, thank you for all that you do, and good luck to everyone taking part. We’ll be cheering you on every step of the 26.2 miles.”
